Overisel Sunrise
Beautiful, fun, easy place to stay!
Dave was a fabulous host! We could not have asked for a better Hipcamp experience! He was so welcoming and very kind! The property was beautiful and the grass was very well taken care of. We were able to see the sunset as we were setting up, and it was so beautiful! A huge bonus were the cows, goats, and kittens on the property, which were close and in viewing distance. Dave allowed us to wander the barn area to see the animals and we were able to play with the kittens that were wandering around. There were also tiny newborn kittens in a box that were so neat to see (we did not touch those). There was a fire pit next to where we set up, so we were able to have a late night fire and look at the stars! The location was perfect. It is surrounded by beautiful farm land, and only around 15-20 minutes from town. Dave was kind enough to give some suggestions on places to check out in town, which has plenty of things to do such as restaurants, stores, gas stations, movie theatre, cute downtown area etc. Dave was great about communicating with us and making sure we had everything that we needed! This was an absolutely amazing place to stay, and I would highly suggest this place if you’re looking for a nice, easy, and fun place to set up camp!
