Come up and enjoy the wild splendor and serenity of Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula while insulating yourself in a 1994 Sunnybrook Camper Trailer RV. The Sunnybrook is currently situated on 15 acres of quaint Lake Michigan property. Come help us begin our dream of turning this old Michigan farmstead into a permaculture future. This property will make you feel like you are stepping back in time away from the modern world. It has a gorgeous of Epoufette Bay which was named by French Voyageurs in the Fur Trade which manes “Place of Rest.” Nearby US2 offers quick access to and from the site and is 28 miles west of the Mackinac Bridge and 33 Miles from the biggest tourist destination in Michigan; Mackinac Island. There is a local country store and smoked fishery and two local restaurants in nearby Epoufette. This site has been a historic Ojibwa fishing village for 1,000s of years. Some Native Commercial Fishermen still Dock their boats at a nearby launch and tend their nets daily. The area boasts some of the best recreational fishing and duck hunting and waterfowl and bird watching in the Midwest. Come get a history or ecology lesson or go on guided tours from onsite owner. Kayak rentals and boat rentals and paddle boat rental available onsite as well as winter windsurfing and ice shanty rentals on the bay in winter. Come learn how to make apple cider or learn how to ice fish or fish with rod and reel with lessons and rentals available.
