You can pitch your tent in a wooded area just a short walk from the house, but is very private. You can build a campfire and relax knowing all firewood is furnished. If you'd rather, there is a very nice camper on site for those who aren't tent lovers. With a river close by you could turn your stay into a river trip adventure.

The vibe at Eagle's Nest
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Jeff was warm spirited when we met, and took us on a tour of his GORGEOUSLY well maintained camping grounds, he provided us firewood, had a grate set-up over the fire to cook on and had two gallons of cold water for our quenched pallets. Would be back in a heartbeat! THANKS, JEFF!
Jeff was a very hospitable host as well as accommodating. We dealt with a lot of rain before our arrival and we had to pitch the tent in another location and he allowed us to set up a fire pit in the new location. We had access to his RV which was a nice perk.
It’s a very private campsite surrounded by trees- alomost magical! It’s very muddy when it rains but still tons of fun! Jeff was very nice and let us use his spare trailer to hang out in and use for the bathroom!
Had an excellent experience! Jeff was very welcoming and accommodating. He provided a pop-up canopy and additional firewood when we needed it. The site was very peaceful, private, clean, and adjacent to a scenic field perfect for watching the sunset. Highly recommend this spot!
Jeff was an amazing host! He supplied us with two gallon bottles of water and firewood for free! He was extremely kind and helpful. The sit was both secluded And had Botha fire pit and a picnic table. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
