Our camp site is located 4 miles south of Leland. We are close to Suttons bay, and Traverse City. We are 4 miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. There are many fine winerys within a short drive, on one of our many beautiful back country roads which are also great for biking. Our property has plenty of hiking trails for you to explorer. The things I like best about our property are the things money can not buy. The air here is so clean and fresh to breath, and the sky is so blue, and the sunsets are just amazing. I mean where can you go and see both a sunrise and sunset over water. And the night sky, wow have you ever seen so many stars. Our property is located in such a wonderful place and we are so fortunate that my husband's family decided so long ago to call this valley home. It is a little special that we are here because of someone else's decision as well as the choices we made too. Please come and enjoy our farm we have been wanting to share its beauty with others for a long time and now with hipcamp we finally can.

Loved the place, although the site was a little difficult to find since we got there later in the day and Alex wasn't home, but some kids ran out of the address he sent (cute, nice, seemed to know what was going on because they knew I was a confused camper) and they told us we had to find Grammy down the road. Got a little stressed out, but found Grammy nearby, and she gave instructions on how to get to the site.

Well kept, private-ish, maybe other campers 50 yds away. Could see the stars, and the velvet sky between them.

A little out of the way if you're going to Sleeping Bear, but if you can spare 20 minutes (which like, take it easy, you're on a trip!) it's nice drive.

Bring toilet paper, since you'll be going in the woods. They gave us a couple gallons of water in addition to the 5 buck firewood, which I appreciated. TLDR; nice grounds, somewhat private, have already recommended Creekside to friends

We loved our stay here! Nice area and so close to things around Leeland. The owner was so sweet as well. We will definitely be back!

Great stay in a great part of Michigan! There aren’t a lot of “private” spots to park and camp in Leelenau so we were very happy to find this place’. We enjoyed so much we booked a second night so we can continue to explore Leelenau.

We made a trip to go camping near glen lake and we were able to make our reservation the day of which was awesome. We bought firewood and they gave us some each night and was definitely worth the 5 dollars. The sites had a metal fire pit and near a creek that was perfect to fall asleep next to. They also had a really cute dog which was friendly and didn’t have any issues with our three dogs.

Site #6 was private and secluded, and did need 4 wheel drive to get to. It was tree covered and shady all day. We enjoyed walking around the trails and the birdwatching in the woods of this property. Great access to the Lake Michigan beach and other great parts of the peninsula.

Site #6 is in the back part of their property and requires 4 wheel drive to get to. Perfect for our truck camp set up.

We were at campsite 6 and it was a great private spot in the woods behind the property. We enjoyed the whole stay

My group and I loved Creekside camping! We were at site 3 and it was amazing falling asleep right next to the creek each night. We had a lot of shade coverage and a large area in the sun for yard games! We loved the location! All of the activities we wanted to do around the Sleeping Bear Dunes area was a 10-30 minute drive. We will definitely be back!

Creekside 3 was great. Listening to the creek at night was amazing and the dogs loved readily available drinking water. Perfect location for sleeping bear dunes, Leelanau and TC.
