About one acre with a fire place a d camping , 2 BBQ grills and access to a toilet upstairs in the house. Across from the canals in the famous Jefferson- Chalmers area, which provides parks and non motorized boating. A rustic pub called Marshalls across the street, the ally bordering historic Grosse Pointe and Jefferson takes you downtown .
