it's a perch of sorts set out away from the barns and our other cabin. It's a pretty private spot, but know that the Cabin and Artbarn host guests that may also enjoy the grounds during your visit. Many geese and water fowl land right outside your tent on the pond. Monarch Butterflies are the highlight here with so much natural milkweed.
24hr access to the restroom, in the not so nearby Artbarn ( see picture for idea of distance.) And Ponds are stocked for fishing bring poles or borrow ours. There's a couple of loaner bikes if you'd prefer to use them for transport back and forth from car-barn-campsite
Mosquito netting keeps most of the bugs at bay, but it's something to be aware of. Back up bug spray is a solid bet to bring.
Best to bring along a headlamp, It's amazing how dark it can be...We've got a few solar lights but know that they have a limited number of hours.
We offer coffee (fresh roasted on site) available in our Artbarn most mornings in July, August, September..
There's a fire pit nearby, with wood available if it's not too dry-or windy, a gazebo for Plein Air Painting, Yoga (mats, blocks available.) It's a very rural backdrop with a lot of room to roam.
