Here, we are carrying out a vision for Global Restoration. This site came through in dreams and prayers. The place to carry out our passions and visions. A place to let our talents rip. Two businesses live here. Mangold Leather, and the Greentek World-Repair Nursery. This site is young. We have been living here since May 2018. There is much to do. Never bored, as here, we answer the question, who are we, what do we want, and what is the world we are here build. Life can be beautiful and easy. We champion Edible Ecological Restoration. Every year the Native Fruit.Nut Nursery Grows, sell more plants, and hosting more free public plantings, while our leather shop supports our lives. It;s time to restore the Earth. We all have a role to play, and this is where WE are hiding out, for now, the enact our greatest work, and have a great time doing it. Care to join us. This is a safe and sacred environment.  Learn more about this land: Come stay in the forests of Shelburne, MA. Our site offers private camping in the woods, and easy-access to meadow, view of a large pond and ever-expanding permaculture gardens. The 'Healers' Headuarters' is our haven, where we grow native Fruit, Nut and Medicine plants, that we sell and use for free public plantings in towns and cities. This is the headquarters where plants are grown for our non-profit planting campaign. Likewise, we run an artisan leather shop, using a roadside barn on site that has been converted into a studio-gallery. Check out our grass-fed bison leather bags, belts, armor and sculptures. It's time to Restore the Earth! It's time for a better world! Here, we are doing the work that we believe in, answering the call to restore our planet and help people, spreading native plants for edible-restoration, while planting a living, edible-ecological model on site! It's time to build a better world. This is our small, growing-community's space to create and SPREAD the world that we KNOW all can share in the future! Medicines, healing arts, crafts and tasteful projects abound. We are on the path of personal and planetary growth. We invite you to stay a night, or two, or three, safely wrapped in the lively, focused, environment that supports our work. Catch a behind-the-scenes glance of our projects, and a sweet night in nature. For those who want more, consider stopping in for a leather-crafting class, plant workshop, or, invite house-chef to bring you out an incredible raw smoothie or treat.  We are perfectly positioned on Mohawk Trail, a premier destination for art, hiking, and scenic drives. This spot is a straight shot to the famed 'bridge of flowers'. We're 10 min from charming Shelburne Falls. We're en route to MASS MOCA, skiing in the winter, and leaf-peeping in fall. You might be surprised pulling into our little kingdom, to discover that we are so close to a MAJOR ROAD. PLEASE NOTE::: We are ON Mohawk Trail. This high-traffic site allows our work to reach the most people! HOWEVER! If you are incredibly sensitive to ROAD PRESENCE, VEHICLE NOISES, PROXIMITY TO TRAFFIC, it might be off-putting. That said, as soon as one steps to the back behind the property, it is an oasis. The cars are out of sight (but not sound), and it's nothing but grass, plants, trees, birds, pollinators and life! For travelers, this happens to be a VERY accessible location.

Site 2 - Healers' Headquarters
Not as advertised.
This property felt abandoned. There was no host on site and the site we booked was very overgrown. There was a very large fallen tree branch across our site and no cleared place for a tent. The "meadow" site was also very overgrown. The pictures made this place seem great. We were very disappointed.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay on Jairi’s land! He was super accommodating considering we booked last minutes and Jairi was not on sit that day but he allowed us to stay anyways! Nice private campsites. Beautiful garden. Couldn’t ask for more! Would stay again anytime!

Healers' Headquarters
Convenient with minimal amenities
The host met us at our car and showed us the multiple campsite options, which was helpful. He also confirmed our last-minute stay very quickly, which was much appreciated. Like the description says, it’s secluded and set back in a lovely wooded area. It is off a busy and loud road, as stated, which you can definitely hear clearly from your tent. Despite not really being out in backcountry by any means, it’s definitely primitive camping. The campsites have basic firepits but no logs set up for seating or areas to hang out. There are some trails on site. The host offered to turn on a hose if we needed water, but didn’t mention bathroom access. Overall, it was a convenient spot off the Highway for us to crash for a night while passing through, but it’s not a place we’d go to spend multiple days.

I had a great stay at Jairi’s place. Easy to find and convenient to any place you’d want to go, but once you step away from the road, you’re in another world. Jairi was a great host, available but unobtrusive. What a great weekend!
