The Cozie Nook Homestead is one of my favorite spots in MA, easily!! Robyn makes you feel so welcome as soon as you pull in, and they help cart your items up to your site for you! At the site, which is tucked into the woods, you will find everything and more that you could possibly need for the best stay ever. A fire pit, adirondack chairs, a picnic table, campstove and tons of utensils, and even an outhouse! Truly such a peaceful and wonderful stay. Thanks again you two, hope to see soon!

What a gem! The site is super private and gorgeous. Very well maintained and comfortable. We had a lovely time. There is a bit of an uphill walk to the site and the hosts offer to get your gear up with their 4x4 which is great. This is a great location.......close to many wonderful activities in the region such as downtown Northampton, fun on the Deerfield River, the amazingly cute Shellburne Falls, Mass MOCA and more. Thoughtful and friendly hosts! Highly recommend!

Cozie Nook Homestead was an awesome place to camp! Lots of privacy and friendly hosts who made sure we had enough firewood and potable water during our stay. The area is beautiful and there are tons of nearby hiking and swimming spots to visit during the day. A great stay overall - 10/10 would recommend.

Our family of 4 (with two boys, 9 and 3 years old) spent two nights at Cozie Nook and loved it. The site is lovely and equipped with everything you need. It even has small solar lamps around the main areas and some Tiki torches and candles. We pitched our two small tents on the platform and enjoyed all the areas available, from the sitting area on the platform, the fire pit and the picnic table. We cooked our meals both on the propane grill and over the fire. It is a short hike to the site (you park your car near the main house), and our host was super nice and drove our gear up to the site upon arrival. We enjoyed the sounds of nature including the local owl at night :) the area is lovely, with hiking trails and plenty of water spots. Robyn greeted us upon arrival and answered all the questions we had. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Just got back from our weekend camping trip and I’m in love! The site was private and beautiful! You park at the farm and then the site it’s a 5-10min walk up a mild hill. If you have a car lower to the ground Robyn is nice enough to drive your stuff up to the site for you! Fair warning about the compost toilet you’re taking all your waste with you so plan accordingly and maybe scout out a dumpster before hand 😂. The solar shower was nice to rinse off after our trip to the lake(10min drive max). There’s no cell signal so it’s a great escape weekend. The farm is beautiful to look at especially the sheep! There’s also chickens and rabbits. They provide a container of potable water and refill it upon request and have you plenty of wood if you need it (for purchase). They had plates and bowls and silver ware for 4 in a cute little cabinet attached to the picnic table. We brought too large of a tent for the platform (9 person tents are too big who knew?) so we set up in front of the platform and used the platform for star gazing and games. If you’re looking for a great campsite in a great location this is it!

It was really beautiful and clean. The hosts drove us up the hill to help bring in our stuff and picked our things up when we left. So helpful and attentive! It took a little while to figure out I needed the solar shower filled with warm water at night, because it wasn’t warming in the sun. They had everything we needed for a beautiful fire every night, and for cooking everyday. Lots of beautiful places nearby to hike and swim as well. Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful site. We loved spending time there. All the extras (the nice large platform, wood chips, nice picnic table, camp kitchen materials, loo, and clothes line with clothespins) made it that much more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining the site.

Aside from that, the hosts were friendly and helpful and their property was calming. We particularly enjoyed seeing the animals on our way in and out of the site.

At no time did they message me to ask anything about our site. They could see the photos of our site to see what is looked like. In the description, of the site, we tell you what is supplied.... there is No mention of running water, real toilets, hot showers(unless it is a solar shower) and a lake, on our property. Our listing also says there is no parking allowed at the site. We have had eight people stay at this site. A side note, they left paper towels and hand wipes on the ground around where their car was parked. I did send them on their way with directions to a real campgrounds.
