Perfect getaway for relaxation. Quiet, well-maintained campsite. Sallie was friendly and helpful making sure we were comfortable.

This campsite was awesome! We had a secluded campsite and luckily the whole place to ourselves. Lots of trees to keep us relatively dry when it rained, a beautiful view of the pond, and a nice walking path to the river, where we saw a groundhog! Sallie has a tranquil piece of farmland here and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet night away.

This place is beautiful! We were very lucky that we were the only ones there that weekend, otherwise it would not have been as private as we would have liked. Our dog got to run to his heart’s desire! Also, the host was very kind and met us to make sure we knew where to go and checked in occasionally but was not intrusive at all! The views of the water are great and we had a lovely weekend.

Our trip was fantastic! Sallie was so sweet and accommodating! We had only been there an hour or so and it started pouring down rain and Sallie came to check on us! After the rain, the weather was amazing and we had a great time. The view of the water from the campsite was so serene. Super secluded and beautiful!

Sallie and Dusty were wonderful and accomodating hosts! They greeted us when we arrived for a full tour of the property, offered to help when we realized we were missing supplies, and were a warm presence. A real joy to share the property with! The private beach is awesome during low tide and perfect for basking, and the water is a great depth for swimming. Would love to bring gear for fishing next time as it seemed to be an amazing spot! A heads up that sites 1 and 2 are fairly close together so take a look at their other aites for more privacy (or rent out both if you have a bigger crew as theyre distant enough to be seperated!) Would totally book again and look forward to seeing how the property develops. Expect gorgeous views of the patuxent from several outlooks and enjoy a quiet night in a secluded neighborhood!

My wife, dog and I had a great one night's stay at Sallie's. There was a short walk to a private beach, access to the pond and river, fire ring at the campsite with wood provided, access to port o pot on premises, etc.. The property was beautiful and both Sally and Dusty were excellent hosts. Dusty even had coffee ready for us early in the morning! We'll definitely be back.

Sallie and Dusty’s property is awesome! My boyfriend and I spent two nights here and it was perfect. The site was super private and looked right over the pond AND river. Sallie and Dusty are SO friendly and accommodating, they brought us ice when we needed it and provided plenty of firewood. We swam in the river, watched the sunsets and explored the surrounding area. You can even fish and boat here! Would totally recommend for anyone needing a weekend get away. :)

You’re alongside farmland but under a canopy of trees overlooking a beautiful, huge pond. It rained all night on our stay and it was stunning how beautiful it was. Easily accessible from our car. A relaxing, show-stopper spot to camp!
