Connie & Ken were absolutely wonderful hosts! We had a late check in and it was cold, so they made sure there was a fire started for us and just made us feel comfortable and at home all weekend. Friendliest people you will ever meet. And their property is absolutely gorgeous!! Perfect spot!! They have a beautiful bamboo forest that we pitched our tent at under wide open skies, a view of the hundreds of Christmas trees they just planted and trees that were great for hanging our hammocks and relaxing. They also have kayaks that they rented out to us and helped us take them to the beautiful river that they have about a mile away. It was all around a wonderful camping experience and we will definitely be returning :)

The site was perfect and the hosts were amazing. They gave us privacy but were there for us if we had questions or needed help. It rained on one of our nights and they were so nice to come out and help us build our fire. It was a fun experience and a beautiful place to spend on the weekend with plenty to do.

The site was great! It was set up with fire pits, tables, chairs and more than enough room for multiple tents. I was able to hang my travel hammock and see the stars and moon. The host were nice, greeted us and told us if we needed anything just reach out. I would definitely recommend this place.
My children and friends had a great experience camping here. The site was private, with access to some kid friendly trails, and the hosts provided us with fire wood (though there was plenty to scavenge) a shower and outdoor toilet which were wonderful luxuries. They also left us with some outside games like corn hole, horse shoes, and yard yatzee. The frogs by the seasonal pond were a wonderful background noise and we saw a few bald eagles in the evening the second night we were there. We drove the less than 5 minute drive to Kings Landing Park with our kayak and had a good time doing that. We were very happy with our experience and would return.

We had an amazing weekend! My kids had a blast with the zip line, exploring the trails and having so much room to run around in. Sunday was Easter and the weather was absolutely beautiful, our hosts came out to invite us to look at their hens and gave us some fresh eggs, later they let us take their canoe out onto the lake where we spent most of our day in gorgeous views! We had so much fun and look forward to doing it again! An amazing experience, beautiful site and awesome hosts!

Connie and Ken were such wonderful hosts. They made themselves available to us whenever we needed anything. They immediately brought us some deerfly patches for the pesky deerflies out there and plenty of firewood for us to use. The second morning we stayed, we rented a canoe from them, and Ken drove us out to Kingslanding Park and suggested a beautiful path for us to take on our canoe. We had a great time here.

The Finalee Here property is gorgeous and well kept. The pictures and information provided on the website (including previous reviews) are accurate. Connie and Ken were super friendly and very accomodating. They have created an outdoor lover's escape and truly desire to share it with others. They kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We took advantage of the kayak rentals, paddling the nearby river and creek. We also explored some trails on the property, and played Yardzee. Unfortunately, a few thunderstorms kept us from seeing more, but there is plenty to do!

Thank you C&K for accepting our request on a Holiday Weekend. Your property is wonderful and we’d be happy to come back again.
We loved the space and privacy of the site itself and that our dog could roam free. However, the toilet and shower were not private - meaning there is no enclosure around the toilet at all and the outdoor shower door did not close and the heat did not work for the shower. The property owners have motorcycles and revved them at weird hours for extended periods of time, breaking the peacefulness of the site. And finally, when you arrive at the site, there is a large Trump flag flying. To each his own, but I typically avoid businesses that affiliate themselves so openly with Trump, so if I would have known, I would have passed.

I'm sorry you felt that way. We could have addressed all your issues except the flag but you said everything was great. I've added the flag to the website so people will know.
