Lobster fresh out the ocean smokin’ on the grill, pitch a tent under an adirondack shelter, lay back on the knoll in front of your site overlooking Little Swan Island and the Kennebec River. Damn what a trip it would be! If you’re in Maine, Swan’s Island is a must do. Take the 20 minute ferry ride to this quaint Atlantic town. If you thought Bar Harbor was adorable, wait ‘til you see it here! The campground has got everything you need and more; modern amenities plus out of this world awesomeness. Hike, beach, chill, repeat... ‘tis the Swan’s Island way.

You are conflating Swan and Little Swan Islands (a wildlife refuge with 10 adirondack lean-to campsites on the Kennebec), and Swan's Island. You need to separate these listings.
