The vibe at Private Quiet and Peaceful
Let me just tell you that this place is a perfect little piece of northeastern heaven. The night we camped, it absolutely poured, and that made the property even more magical. There's a big lawn and fire pit area to relax at on sunnier days, but we opted to hang our hammock right out over the foggy lake. It was seriously incredible and peaceful. It ended up raining so hard that we tossed our tent under the awning of the barn which was super convenient. Kayaks on the property were really fun in the rain. The outdoor shower was also pretty much the best thing ever on a cold rainy summer day.
The place was clean and simple, a great place to relax in peace. Would love to spend a week there, but sadly only had one night. Host was also really helpful with directions and quick to communicate!

We loved our time at this site -- it's totally private and big, so you have a choice about where to sleep (we chose to park our camper van right near the water,).
The amenities were great: two fire pits and comfortable chairs, all the firewood you could ever need, two kayaks, a clean porta-potty, and a shower with hot water (perfect after a dip in the lake).
It was so lovely and peaceful that when we first arrived, we plopped down on the chairs and abandoned all our plans. It was best just to relax and enjoy the beauty .... and the bald eagle flying overhead.
I recommend this site 100%, and hope to return some day.
Awesome camping spot. This space is huge! My wife and I popped our tent on the sand near the water and provided fire pit. Comfy chairs and more firewood than you could shake a stick at made it an ideal place to kick back and read a book while listening to the ducks. The breeze by the water kept the bugs at bay. The outdoor shower was great and well thought out. Overall, I'd say this was one of our favorite Hipcamp sites and we hope to be able to return one day.

We are very glad you enjoyed yourself and were able to kick back, relax and enjoy nature. Thank you for coming and hope to see you again.
It really does not get much better than this. This property is incredibly private, clean and you have your own private beach front. Hot water shower was a nice luxury too. Hope to return to camp here in the future.

Thank you. We are glad that your family had a great time.
A quiet, private, beautiful site with great features--swimming, kayaks, fire pits, shower. Our family had a great time.

We are very happy all of you had a great time. Hope cast iron cooking over the fire pit went well.
Kristin and Raymond provided a beautiful location for our camping trip, exactly as advertised and stunning. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
Our stay at Kristin A.’s Land was awesome! Coming from two avid hikers and a fur child who usually do a lot of backcountry primitive camping to escape the hustle and bustle of life, this site was a great fit. The site offered a tranquil outdoor experience without having to hike 10miles into the woods. The land and space available was massive and pristine. There was fire wood for days... all set up and ready for us. The land and the way the camp itself was constructed was very well thought out And offered various terrain and camp site options. We decided to camp down by the lake on the beach area. Kristan had great communication and made everything easy and comfortable. We hope to return again soon and stay for much longer!
