Enjoy a private campsite in the field at the edge of a wood a short walk from the main house and barn where the goats live.  We milk the goats morning and evening and will be glad to share the farm experience and offer samples of our goat milk, yogurt, and cheese.

We have a small spring-fed pond for swimming & kayaking with a small beach and an outer float.

Thank you for your kind review Victoria! I hope we'll see you here again another time! Book early for Colby Homecoming or come back in the summer to enjoy the pond and goats!

The hosts were very welcoming and allowed us to pitch our tent anywhere on their beautiful property. They own goats and shared some goat ice cream with us and asked us if we wanted to try and milk them, which we did. We highly recommend Bluebird Pond Farm and will be sure to go back when we are in that area again.

With so much positive things to say, I’m not even sure where to begin… Meeting the hosts of this beautiful place was honestly the highlight of our trip. We not only left feeling rejuvenated and renewed, but we left with so much inspiration to move forward with our dreams that closely match that of this wonderful family. The property was AMAZING (sun, shade, swimming, exploring, swinging, and of course THE ANIMALS). We cannot wait we to return! This property and beyond is all you need to relax, connect with nature & one another. Love to the hosts and those future visitors that get to enjoy this amazing experience.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay! I only wish I hadn't been so busy so we might have had more time to hear about your plans. Be sure to check out MOFGA (Maine Organic Farmer and Growers Association). There's a wealth of knowledge and learning opportunities available for interested farmers.
