Just average.
Electrical is over 30 feet from your site. You need to use an extension cord. The sewer is on the opposite side of where an RV dumps. There were exposed nails on the concrete pad. The road next to the campsite is no bother. It is very quiet. No shade.

I would recommend this slab. As long as you do not park next to stationary rv on site. LOUD at night and early morning, was not pleasant.! Wish the firepit was available for use. The pond is a good restaurant to check out. Also tour Land Between the lakes, and walk across the bridge!

We actually stayed at Slab #3 due to a reservation mixup. Because we arrived late, the host stopped by the next day to check on us. Very nice and helpful! Site is very close to Jonathan Creek Access on Kentucky Lake which was our primary reason for staying there. Pros: Fair, affordable price. Easy in and out parking. Electric, water and sewer (sewer hose provided) within short distance. The electric hookup was about 20ft from the camper connection and did require an extension cord. Long, level concrete slabs to park on keep your camp area nice and clean. We were allowed to offload our slide-in truck camper to make using the boat easier. There was also plenty of room for the camper, boat and truck. Store is about a mile up the road in case you need supplies. Cons: No shade (not unexpected) and concrete got very hot. Neighbors in slot adjacent to us live there full time and unfortunately decided to pressure wash their camper & can am Friday early evening until nearly dark and part of Saturday. They were a very nice family and I understand needing to get things done when you have extra time off, but we had hoped to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overall, I rate it as good and I would consider staying there again for easy access to the boat ramp, maybe in cooler weather.

The site is a huge level concrete slab. The host came and checkd on us after we got hooked up. We camped when it was 10° and had one minor issue that was fixed fast. Great little place! The water, electric and sewer are not next to each other. I had to use a 25ft sewer, 35ft pwr cord. Water just happened to be close. So be prepared because there are not Camping Worlds close. You have to use the main road to back in so be careful. Otherwise its a great little!
