We loved this spot! The cabin was cute and cozy, surrounded by trails that we walked every morning. The outhouse has a neat compost toilet and camp-shower setup. Our hosts were so welcoming and lovely, even letting us join them around a warm fire on Friday night when we returned from venturing out on the Bourbon Trail.

The location was great to visit distilleries in the area. Although we had planned to spend more time in Lexington and Louisville, we ended up following their suggestions for food and fun around Frankfort. We ate well and saw beautiful sites, trying bourbon along the way!

I could not recommend this place and these hosts more!

This was exactly what was described and even better than I imagined. The cabin was cozy, clean and convenient. My family fit it and my brother even fit in, so we were 3 adults and one child that fit cozilyin the cabin. It’s perfect for a couple’s romantic weekend or an escape to a beautiful part of the country. Grace and her family are so sweet and accommodating. Very comfortable and all the essentials provided. I highly recommend staying here and hanging for a while!

It was a lovely getaway outside of Frankfort. We were greeted by kind and accommodating hosts who showed us the ropes and helped us settle in. The cabin itself was very cool and comfortable, and the wood stove kept us warm through the cool early spring night. We were only there for one night, so we didn't get an opportunity to explore much. We'd definitely come back and would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique place to stay!

The hosts were so nice and the place was absolutely perfect! It was a little chilly in March, and they had already made a nice fire in the woodstove for us. This place is a real gem-- close to town, adorable cabin, etc. I didn't have a chance to use the shower but the hosts let us know that they'd be happy to help us get water for it if needed.

Amazing place . Sorry we only had one night to stay. We came in after midnight and wonder the backyard a bit before noticing the solar lights on path leading up to cabin. A little better directions and signage would help if someone is arriving very late . The views driving to site are breathtaking and this cabin is amazing. Thank you Grace!

A little piece of peace in the country. Beds were ok, place was clean, hosts were friendly and it was easy to cook on top of the old stove used for firepit. Grace was welcoming and Knowledgeable about the area tourism.

I wanted a night to myself after a long work trip and this was a perfect little getaway. The winding drive in the neighborhood was lovely, and the cabin was all set for my arrival. It was roomier than expected, and there are some cute trails for mini-hikes. (Beware of ticks, though. I picked three off of me in the morning.) I met Grace on the way out in the morning, and she was extremely nice and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Grace’s. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. If you’re looking for a quiet, nature getaway- this is perfect. Grace and her husband were very friendly and communicative throughout our stay. We hope to come back soon! Thanks again. :)
