124 fenced acres with beautiful Kentucky hills. This property has so many wonderful things to do. It has a pond, creek bottoms, cedar lined hills and hardwood ridges and open fields. One can hike, horseback ride, camp, atv ride, play along the stream, explore the woods, sit and gaze at the stars, watch the diverse wildlife including many deer and turkey. If you are lucky you might be able to see the Piebald deer (brown and white, partial albino) that resides here. There is a pond with lots of frogs but I don't think many if any fish. I've never tried to fish it but you are welcome to try. The property is fully fenced. It has RV plug at the barn. A stone driveway, fire pit and picnic table. It has running water in the barn which is not currently accessible but I should have an outdoor spicket available sometime this summer. It will also have a access to dump rv waste to the barn's septic sometime this summer. I will update this as those services become available. It is easily accessible off HWY 165.
