The "River Shack" features panoramic views of the scenic Upper Cumberland River and shaded by mature hardwood trees and with access to bass, catfish, rock bass, small mouth bass and walleye fishing. Places to see near Patrick's Point River Camp
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
The river shake was wonderful. It was so unique and fun! The host were wonderful. They drew us a map to Cumberland falls and Eagles Fall. Even gave us helpful hint of local farmers market to hit up. On Labor Day weekend it was every busy and the campsites are close together. But even with that in mind we would love to go back!
Oh what a wonderful place
Outstanding experience at Patrick’s Campground. They have really put together a great venue. The river shack Is new, clean, and bug free. Truly gave a sense of privacy from the rest of the campground. Patrick was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy going. Directions were exact and no issues finding where to go. Plenty of firewood for sale and some recreational games to play in the main building. The Kayak trip offered was relaxing and simple. Would definitely recommend and also plan to come back!
A sparkling gem in williamsburg
One of the best vacation experiences I have ever had! Everyone was very helpful, bathrooms were immaculate, property is gorgeous! They even had great firewood and ice, and hand-drew us a map to the nearby waterfalls. A perfect stay, I would plan a whole trip around getting to stay here again. Highly highly highly recommend!
We had a great stay at Patrick’s Point. Patrick was a fantastic host, incredibly accommodating and had great info about the area to share. On his recommendation we checked out Cumberland Falls on our way out to the interstate — it’s well worth the time. The camp itself is really lovely, beautiful location, gorgeous river view from the shack, and nice amenities. We only got to stay one night as we were just passing through, but would love to return for a longer stay, and some kayaking!
Right on the river
Patrick's Point River Camp is our favorite place to camp in the entire state of Kentucky! The easy access to the Cumberland River is a Paddler's dream - literally I took less than 100 steps from camp to launching my kayak in the river for a glorious 1 1/2 hour float down the river, seen beaver, blue heron & a bald eagle along the way, running Summer Shoals was fun and the take out was cake with the camp host waiting to shuttle us back to camp.
Hot showers & flush toliets. Safe environment, peaceful surroundings. Camp owners are some of the nicest folks I've ever met.
