Mark was super helpful and incredibly friendly. Even though our plans changed and we didn't stay, he was very accommodating. We do plan to stay here in the fall.

If you are a fan of camping by yourselves well off the beaten trail, this is the place! We were almost a mile down a gravel road on Mark's 400 acre property with 4 (4!) camping sites. We were along side a little creek, set up in an area of mowed stubble between a soybean field and the woods. Host Mark R supplied a fire ring and plenty of firewood, including the kindling. Of course, it was way too hot in Kentucky in mid-August to want a campfire that night, but the effort was certainly appreciated. Not a building or road to be seen beyond the gravel access road. Plenty of deer in the evening, and the odd coyote call at night. Plenty of stars to be seen, since we were a long way from any light pollution.
