Description

Overlooking the vast and sprawling Lake Cumberland, Cumberland Point Campground is well known for its sweeping scenic vistas, hardwood forests, and long recreation season. The lake itself is the largest man-made lake east of the Mississippi, with more than 65,000 acres to explore. You can swim, fish, and boat all day, and then head back to your shore-side crash pad each evening to rest up for another day of adventure. Cumberland Point Campground is small and quiet, with great amenities. Waterfront campsites fill up quickly, but really, you’re close to the shore no matter where you pitch your tent.
