Within a 60-minute drive from the New Entrance.
This property is a small 3-acre property owner by a private family.
Trying to offset the cost of maintaining the property. It is the site of a log home (currently with siding) That was built prior to 1870.
The family has planted apple and peach trees, blackberries, chestnut tree, walnut trees grow there. The family loves the remote location.
It is across the street from woods, distanced from neighbors and approximately 100 yards from a wildlife management area which means great for fishing, etc.
Also near to Barren River State park (a few miles).
The Amish neighbors (just a few miles away) have public produce stands for local treats.

Also, this property is located in Amish country. We are a short drive (6 miles) from several public Amish produce markets. We would love to introduce you to our Amish neighbors for some melons, pumpkins, eggs, berries, peaches or tomatoes. It just depends on the season!
