Site #2 is not a designated place on the property. I move this site around to reduce wear and tear on specific places and because some sites flood when we have a lot of rain. If you book this, I will show you your options when you arrive. We actually have quite a selection of fun places but all are at least 200 ft. from parking. None have a private fire circle, but you are welcome to purchase the $5 firebundle and use one of our portable fire circles or use the community fire circle. I am pretty sure we will find a site you will enjoy. One tent and one vehicle for the base price. If you have a second tent or car, $5 per night for additional cars. Extra tent? Let me know- pricing depends on the number of people or site used. As this is severe weather season we have an emergency shelter in case of tornados. Not to alarm but so you know there is a safe place to go - it's Kansas ! LOL

Amazing campsite! We loved the fire pit and the nature walk was pure bliss. Darryl is very accommodating and friendly. I fed his koi fish by hand! 10/10 would recommend

We had a quick but wonderful stay at Enchanted Oaks. Darrel was so kind and walked us (at a social distance) around the property with his wonderful pup Amelia. We hope to come back and stay when we can relax and enjoy the property a little more!

We just got back from 9 night Hipcamp Roadtrip and this place was definitely one of our favorites. The campsite was clear and well maintained. There was trash and the host offered a personal clean portable toilet. There was a picnic table which is such an underrated feature. The host’s land was stunning with beautiful green grass, feeding fish in the koi pond, the lovely trails with bridges and benches to enjoy the view and relax, a communal fireplace for all campers to meet, and a large pond with an available prattle boat. The best part though... the number one thing that made this truly enchanting was the host Darrel. We arrived unexpectedly late at night and he greeted us with a smile and a tour. After our apology, he welcomed us with a “no worries I was just listening to Beethoven.” As an orchestra director, we had tons to talk about. He cordially invited us to have breakfast cake and coffee in the morning. The morning was simply gorgeous even with the thunderstorm the night before (new tent held up well YAY!) and we chatted with Darrel for 1-2 hours. We happily postponed the day event just to talk with him. He gave us insights of what to do in Colorado with mountain to climb, dinosaur spots to explore and attractions we can’t miss. Darrel was our MVP that day. Thank you Darrel.

This was the perfect campsite! So well kept -- you can tell Darrel really cares about his space and enjoys hosting campers. The space was excellent for a weekend camping trip, I highly recommend purchasing the portable fire pit -- you get all the firewood you need! The listing is very accurate and we saw lots of great wildlife! I would definitely recommend any to stay there!

My wife, pup, and I stayed at Enchanted Oaks for just one night on a road trip and absolutely loved our stay. The property was very well maintained and expansive - we enjoyed several off leash walks with our dog. I wish I had brought my fishing pole to fish in the well-stocked pond. The host was incredibly kind and generous.

Beautiful property with cozy, private sites. Darrel is very friendly and welcoming. Right off of I-70, so it was the perfect spot to stop on my cross country trip.

It’s a beautiful area. It’s not flat like the rest of Kansas but not super hilly either. Nice walking and relaxing in the area. I didn’t take the paddle boat out on the pond but it looks to be a relaxing time.
