Jako Farm is a working regenerative farm, and this campsite provides an easy view of all that goes on here. The cows and sheep will graze near by while the chickens scratch in the distance. You'll see the farmers moving the animals to new pasture and the llama playing games with the sheep. If you're up at sunrise, you'll see Ken bringing the cows up to the barn for milking

Its pretty quiet here, except for the subtle noises of wildlife. (Fair warning: if you're in a tent, you will probably hear the milking machine kick on at 6:30am.) We're also proud to be a smell-free farm because all animals live out on pasture.
There are killer sunrises and sunsets here. If you're lucky, you'll also see our resident bald eagle pair soaring through the sky.
A bathroom with shower is available for your use in the barn nearby.

Perfect little spot for our small kiddos. We had fun!
Amazing views, super friendly and informative host, and definitely would recommend! Clean facilities, and just an amazing way to recharge for a night on a long toad trip. Would have loved to stay for another night (or more!) and will DEFINITELY be back at some point. Thanks again Daniel!

Campsite by the silo was awesome! Waking up next to a sea of golden grains was beautiful
Daniel and JakoFarm were AMAZING. I highly recommend this campsite to anyone passing by, or even if you have to drive to get there. The farm atmosphere is everything we could imagine. Thank you to Daniel and the entire family and I hope to have the opportunity to come again.

Jako Farms was a delightful place to stay on my cross-country road trip! The farm was beautiful, and the camping site was among some trees by the silo, with a picnic table provided. The camping spot was on the edge of a pasture, big skies and beautiful stars! The nearby barn had a spotless bathroom with a welcomed shower. The farm exceeded my expectations! It is a very interesting operation, an organic dairy farm, with wonderful methods for caring for the land. Solar power is employed, composting encouraged, a very earth-friendly operation. The farm has a wonderful little shop where you can buy fresh milk, cream, cheese, yogurt, etc! I am enjoying my delicious vanilla yogurt as I write this. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Jako Farms, and hope to stay there again on my return cross-country trip!
We had a great time camping by the Silo! It was a great experience for our family. We were tent camping and a bunch of weather rolled in and Ken helped us move our tent to a safe spot for the night.
There is a playground area where our boys had a great time on the tire swing. We also loved seeing all of the animals! We will be making this a tradition for us and our kids!

Great place!
Lovely spot! After a long days drive, this was the perfect place to unwind. Took advantage of the on site shower and settled in with a book. Power and water right on the silo, and a little picnic table under the trees. I enjoyed seeing little kittens running about, and the sheep and cows making their trek across the fields. I even saw a family of skunks go wandering by! Hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
It was so wonderful to stay here with this lovely family that was incredibly hospitable. They took the time to show us the farm and amenities and yet we still felt that there was all the privacy we needed. We would love to come back.
