With the arrival of the season, campsites across the country are opening up after their winter’s slumber. And, the older the woodland, the more bluebells you’re likely to find. Fun fact: Bluebells are actually an indicator of ancient woodland! The flower is often used in combination with other species as a clue to a wood’s age.
