Ingredients:

  • 1/2 – 1 peace per person
  • Marshmallows
  • Tin foil
  • Hot coals
  • Beer (optional)
  • Spoon (recommended)

Directions:

  1. Halve the peaches
  2. Replace the pit with a marshmallow
  3. Wrap the peach loosely in tin foil
  4. Gently toss onto a good bed of coals
  5. Wait approximately 1 bottle of beer and remove the peach from the fire with a stick to cool
  6. Be care when unwrapping and subsequently stuffing your face with this treat as the molten peach may still be very hot. I recommend using a spoon!
