3 Foil Recipes for Campfire Cooking with Tinfoil
There are a few things to me that are a quintessential part of camping for me. Two of those are: I need to be able to have a campfire or access to a grill, and the other is access to real food. It can be simple, but it should be something I would eat even when I am at home.
I’ve been cooking at home for quite some time now. Lately I’ve found myself with a little more time to get outside, and I had to make sure my favorite meals from home came along with me, without me having to pack the whole kitchen along. That’s when foil packs are the MVPs. ?
Here are three of my foil packs recipes from my latest trip to Belcampo’s Certified Organic Farm in Gazelle, northern California.
All of these recipes can be cooked on a campfire with a separated “medium heat” zone or on a charcoal grill once briquettes are medium heat. Oh! And the best part?! They all take 35 minutes from start to finish. Enjoy!
