The Garwood cub camper started its journey on the west coast, landing in northern Michigan for a few years and today it is stationed at Explore Brown County Campgrounds in Nashville, Indiana. The grounds are lined with mature trees and plants, a pond and a small creek (in the springtime) and tons of wildlife and trails to explore. Nearby is Brown County State Park where there are multiple hiking trails, mountain biking and other outdoor activities. Nearby, in downtown Nashville Indiana you will find the best, small town shops, restaurants and breweries.  The campground offers many activities such as bike rentals, fishing, corn hole, basketball courts, zip-lining, buggy/ATV tours and much more! Vintage wood camper
Cozy girls weekend
Loved this little camper! The heater kept us nice and toasty overnight (with a low of 11 degrees!) and the string lights outside made it so cozy at night — and hot coffee in the morning was lovely. We basically had the campground to ourselves. The water to the camper was off but that is to be expected for the winter months, and there was potable water at the event hall just yards from the camper.

Glamping in the Garwood Cub!
Great Impromptu Winter Storm Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Garwood Cub camper. It was the perfect getaway location for me and my husband during the brief winter snowstorm that popped up. It was surprisingly roomy and warm thanks to the heater provided. There was some difficulty with the getting the door to lock properly with the key, but we are assuming this could've been due to ice built up in the doorknob. Would definitely recommend to others, the grounds are nice and the other facilities (like the restrooms) were clean. Also thank you for plowing the snow on the paths to the campers when we were basically the only ones there! We're sure it's even better in the warmer months, but our trip in February was cozy, peaceful, and relaxing.

Wally the Trotwood camper
There should be satellite internet in the camper to surf the web and stream stuff with a mini refrigerator to keep stuff cold so people don’t have to bring a cooler and a better heater/air conditioner.

Glamping in the Garwood Cub!
This camper was the perfect little getaway for my sister’s birthday. Both beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space, and we had a great time. It was decorated so nicely, too!

Wally the Trotwood camper
Wally is a fun, charming vintage camper and great proximity to Nashville and Brown County park. It’s also near the front of the campground and close to the showers/bathrooms ect. Wifi was also surprisingly good. Lauren is a responsive host. Wally is a great way to get the camping experience for those that don’t want the hassles and drawbacks of primitive tent camping.

Glamping in the Garwood Cub!
Would Camp Again
The campsite was very easy to find, not hard at all. A little confusing once we pulled in since there’s no true office during the summer (have to go to the zip lining building). It wasn’t busy at all, very peaceful. The camper was equipped with all the kitchen stuff we needed. We packed as if we were tent camping and brought too much stuff. There was a picnic table and some extra chairs. No need for a shade tent, you’re surrounded by tall trees. The only complaint is there aren’t any lights to guide you to the building where the bathrooms are. It was pitch black, a little creepy, had to use the flash lights on our phone. (We forgot flashlights.)
