Guthrie Meadows Red Door Cabin
Nice, quiet place
We stayed in the red door cabin- it was great! Don’t expect lots of glamping accoutrements, but all the basics were well covered. The bed was actually quite comfortable too, but I can’t speak for the loft beds. The horse pasture is lovely and the hikes were excellent- we enjoyed looking at the geodes in the creek.
Bring bug spray- found two ticks within a minute.
Bring extra water- the water supply didn’t taste great, but was clean.
Cell phone signal was 1-2 bars on AT&T.

Great getaway
Beautiful and unique property! Owner was very kind and enjoyable to talk to. Timed it with the eclipse which made our trip one we will always remember!

Bed Bugs
The cabin is nice and quaint. Hosts have nice amenities. The camp has some nice trails. The only problem we had is the cabin was infested with bed bugs so we had to treat everything when we got home. :(

Guthrie Meadows Yellow Door Cabin
The yellow door cabin was perfect! It felt so homey and warm! Everything was laid out well, clean and organized. The trails were fun even after hiking all day and the horse were fun to feed.
I would absolutely return and stay again! Just a short drive from spring mill state park.

Guthrie Meadows green door cabin
I had a wonderful stay. Cabin was comfy. The property was beautiful. The heater was on when I arrived so it felt nice coming in out of the cold.

Blue Door Cabin
My group stayed in 2 of the cabins. There was a lot of privacy and we did not hear the group at the cabin next to us other than when they first got there and unloaded. The area was quiet and the horses were so sweet. We didn't have a chnance to explore the woods in the property, but the trees behind our cabin had us feeling like we were in nature. There was a ton of wood, but unless you are amazing at starting fires, I would bring a hatchet to break of some smaller pieces. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked great. The privy and bathrooms were clean. We didn't try the showers, but it was great being able to wash our hands with the soap and water in the bathroom.
