I don't think there is regular camping at this site. It was terrific for the solar eclipse. They were very friendly and organized. The bathrooms were clean. Each site had plenty of room for multiple tents. We could keep our car next to our tent. Overall, great experience!!
Wonderful people and location! Nice flat well mowed grass with trees around the perimeter to camp under. Permanent small building with two bathrooms (toilet and sink), an outside hose for washing and trash cans. Plenty of room on 15 acres. Simple check-in and folks there who monitored safety-- for children. Since this is a church property, did not see anyone with alcohol, drugs, revealing clothing, or inappropriate manner. We had an entirely pleasant time.
this was amazingly well-organized with a crew of eager young helpers. real bathrooms-- not portapotties-- were a big plus. appreciated a spigot- might be a little far for campers in secluded areas of this spacious campsite. level field was freshly mowed-- soft, springy, easy to get tent pegs in. bring your own tables/cooking surfaces. only picnic tables are in the covered pavilion. loved that proceeds are funding Eagle Scout projects.
