I can’t speak highly enough of our stay! The location is beautiful and private. We met our hosts at their home and they then directed us down the road to access their property that is setup for HipCampers. Every little detail is thought of! The camper is adorably decorated and cozy blankets are provided among other amenities. In the common area there is a fire pit (with all materials provided), a grill, picnic table, bicycles and helmets, and bathroom. The space was peaceful and quiet except for the sound of the river which I felt added to the serenity of the space. In the morning Shannon made us an incredible breakfast! She even asked us the night before about allergens and was very accommodating to any of our needs. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this listing!
I stayed 3 nights in the Cabin in the Meadow near the end of a 25-day road trip and I didn't want to leave! Check-in was easy and very friendly. The cabin is well-appointed including cookware and a bunch of games. Doug & Shannon's property is really beautiful and peaceful, and they couldn't be nicer. Shannon makes delicious jams and other stuff that you can purchase. They can also recommend amazing hikes nearby, you don't want to miss Goldbug Hot Springs!
Super fun little spot!
This place is so great. Hosts were extremely nice, rv was clean and comfortable. Rv is parked next to a babbling brook which was so cool for sleeping. It was pretty tough to get to but worth it. We want to go back with some family!
Everything we expected and more! The campsite is exquisite and the hosts are absolutely amazing. Shannon brought us fresh cookies the first morning and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. She even offered insight into local mountain biking and hiking trails to check out. The site is easily accessible and our favorite, dog friendly! It’s the perfect place for a quiet, scenic getaway. We are already planning our next trip back!
Thank you Doug & Shannon
