NO Partying allowed. We have neighbors and we want to respect them as well as respect our property. If there is partying, we will have to ask you to leave.

Campers will have their own fire pit and picnic table. We provide you with firewood. Very peaceful and quiet. This site is in a secluded area with plenty of trees. We frequently see deer, eagles, and other small wildlife. There is a hand carved hiking trail on the property that has beautiful scenery.

Note: The access road to this campsite does not accommodate RVs or long trailers because of sharp, narrow turns.

DIRECTIONS to swimming and boat launch on Lake Cocolalla: When exiting our driveway, take a left. Follow the road all the way down until almost to the end of the loop and there will be a road to the right called Sportsman's Access Rd. Follow this and go left when brought to a two-way street. This will bring you to the boat launch as well as a swimming area and a trail which takes you to other secluded swimming areas.

1 mile to boat launch. 13 miles to Sandpoint, Idaho. 13 miles to Farragut State Park (Lake Pend Orielle). 17 miles to Silverwood Theme Park. 24 miles to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort.

This campsite was extremely secluded. The mixture between the privatized site and upkeep created a blissful retreat. While camping here the world didn’t exist. I will be recommending this campsite to everyone I know. The host shares a love for the peaceful and simplistic outdoors and is very attentive when campers are in need of anything!

We reserved a spot about 10 minutes before we showed up- Robert was there to welcome us. His property is great, and he has several different spots and is working on adding more. We had a very private area with beautiful handmade picnic table and a wonderful fire ring with lots of available wood. It was quiet and peaceful. The port a potty was a short walk away and was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again!

Robert was an Amazing host! Always there in a jiffy when we needed him! We invited him for some late night fireside chats and he helped us jump our car. What more could you ask! He also lives in a renovated school bus so extra cool points! Only recommendation to others staying here is to not drive a super low car because the road getting to the site is a little difficult.

This place was everything I hoped it would be. Robert was super friendly. Gave me advice on the area. The campsite itself was perfect. Tucked in the very back of his property. Nice and quiet except for the train once in awhile which I didn't mind. I would highly recommend this to anybody who goes up to Lake Cocolalla! I will be back

Robert saved our vacation with his quick response and welcomed us to his peaceful property. He was incredibly kind and generous by offering plenty of firewood. We can’t recommend this location enough, and Robert was such a joy to work with. It was a very peaceful few days with plenty to do in the area and very close to lake access. Robert, we appreciate you and would definitely book again! Take the best care.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Pine Hollow. The outhouse was very clean! The camping spot was roomy. And the woodpile well stocked!

This site is gorgeous - in the woods, completely isolated from the host’s property — a solid fire ring,, picnic table and plenty of wood provided. We slept in the rain with the periodic train whistle far, far away. It was heavenly. Since it was raining when we arrived, Robert built us a fire - Thank you Robert!!!
