THE BIG ROCK IN THE MIDDLE IS NOT A CAMP SITE!

WE HAVE ADDED A THIRD CAMPSITE!!

Pitch your tent in a secluded cove of pines. Fresh well water within short walking distance (20 yds). Community covered patio with grilling available.

LBR is primarily a tent camping campground. There are also many moles so the ground can be a bit bumpy.

4 people per site.. If more you need to book a second site. :)

Something new near us! There is a new Super 1 foods grocery store with an Ace hardware store complex just after you turn off HWY 95 to come to LBR. You can get all your food needs and many of your camping needs there. This will be very helpful to all our guests.

First of all, it is located in a BEAUTIFUL area! We love northern Idaho so much. This Hipcamp is 30 mins from Sandpoint, Coeur D Alene and tons and tons of lakes! Such an ideal location for a Hipcamp. We loved our stay and had a great time meeting the owners and talking where to adventure in the surrounding areas. The property was very spacious with fire pits, a port-a-potty and a table for both camp sites. It was a perfect area for us! And being right next to the Farragut State Park and Lake Pend Oreille is a HUGE bonus! We will most definitely be back!

The view of our site from the fire pit. Drinking coffee and sitting in the sun! It was a chilly afternoon, but the sun felt nice!Such a big site for us to park on with plenty of room to spare!Beautiful lake Pend Oreille

We loved our stay at Little Bear Ranch. The owners are so friendly and helpful, and the site is very peaceful. It is located halfway between Sandpoint and Coeur d'Alene, and biking distance from a state park on Lake Pend Orielle that has a huge network off kid-friendly mountain biking trails. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to any hipcamper!

Very close to Farragut State Park. Had a beautiful day kayaking and used the showers there. The site was just the way it looks in the photos. We were the only ones there so for the most part it was just fine. The neighbors are closer than I expected so you heard lots of dogs, mowers etc. The best was the 5:10am neighbour that decided to clear the trees of his lot with a bulldozer. Not something the host could have predicted or prevented so we put a pillow over our heads and tried to go back to sleep. Good if you just need a place to stay and the park is full.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was secluded and well appointed with what you'd want with this type of spot: porta-potty, fire rings, water spigot, and picnic tables. A locking gate gave further privacy and security. Great location within 10 minutes of Farragut State Park. Met the hosts when they were visiting their property and they were super nice. Wojld highly recommend and return.

Beautiful space. Quiet and peaceful. Away from the chaos of Farragut, but close enough to have easy access to the park. Hosts were super helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this peaceful space. It was quiet and super convenient to all the bike trails we were able to explore in Farragut. Would stay here again.

Campsite was very overgrown, even under picnic tables and around fire pits. There was one campsite that we felt comfortable sleeping at, but there was no flat ground for us to set up a tent on, so we both ended up sleeping on lumpy ground that was uncomfortable. There was barely room for trash in the trashcan, which resulted in the can overflowing by the end of the trip due to a large family camping near us putting large amounts of trash in the bin everyday. The host claims that showers are ~1 mile away, but in reality you need to go into Faragut State Park and pay to use showers that are located at campgrounds. Overall a nice place, I just think that the description is slightly misleading and the area is not very well maintained for the price. Otherwise, great location for camping in northern Idaho.

Nice private spot with well-equipped fire rings and water pump. Campsite is not on the water but close to Farragut State Park and Lake Pend Orielle.
