Little Bear Ranch is open. Come on down!
Pitch your tent in a secluded cove of pines. Fresh well water within short walking distance (20 yds). Community covered patio with grilling available.
LBR is primarily a tent camping campground. There are also many moles so the ground can be a bit bumpy.
4 people per site.. If more you need to book a second site. :)
Something new near us! There is a new Super 1 foods grocery store with an Ace hardware store complex just after you turn off HWY 95 to come to LBR. You can get all your food needs and many of your camping needs there. This will be very helpful to all our guests.

The vibe at Little Bear Ranch
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
First of all, it is located in a BEAUTIFUL area! We love northern Idaho so much. This Hipcamp is 30 mins from Sandpoint, Coeur D Alene and tons and tons of lakes! Such an ideal location for a Hipcamp. We loved our stay and had a great time meeting the owners and talking where to adventure in the surrounding areas. The property was very spacious with fire pits, a port-a-potty and a table for both camp sites. It was a perfect area for us! And being right next to the Farragut State Park and Lake Pend Oreille is a HUGE bonus! We will most definitely be back!
We loved our stay at Little Bear Ranch. The owners are so friendly and helpful, and the site is very peaceful. It is located halfway between Sandpoint and Coeur d'Alene, and biking distance from a state park on Lake Pend Orielle that has a huge network off kid-friendly mountain biking trails. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to any hipcamper!
Very close to Farragut State Park. Had a beautiful day kayaking and used the showers there. The site was just the way it looks in the photos. We were the only ones there so for the most part it was just fine. The neighbors are closer than I expected so you heard lots of dogs, mowers etc. The best was the 5:10am neighbour that decided to clear the trees of his lot with a bulldozer. Not something the host could have predicted or prevented so we put a pillow over our heads and tried to go back to sleep. Good if you just need a place to stay and the park is full.
