West 3 is just to the left after you go over the bride. It’s close to water and close to the west side porta potty. It’s also close to huge open fields, the size of approximately 5 football fields.
There are two porta potty locations. One on the east side, and one of the west side of the river.
The East porta potty is located directly east of the East Tipi 6 tucked in the trees.
Each porta potty contains a washing station.
The 6 East Tipi's are located close together and would be a great location for a family reunion or any occasion where you want to be in close proximity with other campers. The West Tipi's are more private and secluded and are located next to a very large field great for playing games.
Each Tipi is provided with a mosquito lantern, 3 double wide cots that hold up to 285 lbs on each side of the cot, floor mats, a wire spool table for outside use, a bucket (required to be filled before you start your fire inside the tipi), and a fire ring that you can keep lit all night long. Fire wood is available for purchase. $5/bundle or $15/4 bundles delivered to your tipi site. If you pre-pay via venmo, we will try to have it at your tipi upon your arrival.

This property is located 15 minutes from down town Lava Hot Springs (between Inkom and McCammon) or 2 hours north from Salt Lake City, UT.
This land is primitive. It's a place of refuge and safety. The only rules here are as you cross the gate, you follow the Indian Ten Commandments .
The ten commandments are to respect the land and others. Come with a open mind to be healed from whatever you might be dealing with in your personal, family, or professional life. I assure you if you put forth the effort....watch the stars at night, listen to the small water falls, silent your electronics, you will receive personal revelation from the Great Spirit, our creator, who loves us all. If you forgot to bring a notebook and pen, don't worry, everyone that comes to this sacred land to visit, receives a notebook and pen. Please find the time to be alone. Find your own little spot....there are several. Too many to mention. This property has changed my life immensely. I assure you if you put forth the right amount of effort it will change your way of life....we always have room to improve. You will seek a better understanding of your purpose in life....why am I truly here. To be a dad, raise kids, or much much more....
This is a carry in carry out location. There is no power, but plenty of sun for solar powered devices.
We encourage hi-tech equipment that are independent of gas, or utility power. We strongly discourage noisy gas generators. We can show you what we use, i.e. solar power to run events like karaoke and pull water from the river etc.
We also have approximately 8 RV sites and many tent sites available.
Please feel free to contact me. The best way is by text message to my personal phone. Iif I don’t respond right away, don’t worry, I will. Leave a very detailed text message, screen capture your booking and send it to me....i.e. My name is....i booked on May 5th, for East 1 tipi...on May 10th for 1 day. I was wondering if I could change it to May 11th, and get East 5, because my friends from school just found out they are in East 6 on May 11th. There are a lot of instances where either I can't hear my phone or my phone isn't with me at the moment.

The hosts were very accommodating, kind, and extremely helpful with everything. They were more than welcoming and did everything they could to make sure our stay was amazing. They went above and beyond for us, and definitely exceeded all expectations we had Great amenities for our stay and great people.

We had a lot of fun! We rented a teepee right on the river. It was wet and cold the first couple of days, but we stayed warm with plenty of bedding and the fire inside the teepee. Joel led us to a bison farm up the street to go on a wagon ride and feed the bison, we fished, threw axes at one of the targets they have set up, and even sang karaoke one night by the river. We will definitely be going back!

Thank you so much for coming Ashley. We've added more fun activities this weekend. You will have to try the river Sauna next time you are here. Joel
What a magical place! Joel is an awesome host and we couldn’t imagine a better experience in nature. Highly recommend and will be back!!

We had such a great time! Rejuvenating and unique. It was great to stay in a Teepee and enjoy the gorgeous water and lava rock wall with the sunset behind us. Lots of fun activities and a easygoing family vibe.

Kimberly, Thank you so much. I got a little choked up reading your review,,....it definitely keeps me going and wanting to make the place even more memorable.
Beautiful site with incredible views! Joel is a gracious host and takes great care of his property. His love for this land ooozes out everywhere and we feel so lucky to have found this gem. We only stayed for one night but left with full hearts and peaceful minds. We’ll be back!
