Enjoyed my stay. Charlie gave me a good heads up and was easy to get ahold of. The site was quite and peaceful. Would stay again

Actually never made it to the camp. The directions were a little confusing. The host, Charlie was great at communicating with us and did apologize for the confusion. He did state that he just listed his property on hipcamp and was still working out the kinks. Ultimately, I went with plan B since I was hauling a 12ft trailer, I didn't want to chance getting stuck on a water soaked trail (farmer was irrigating his crops next to the property) to the campsite. I'd go back if I didn't have the the trailer, since I like off-grid camping and Charlie seemed like a good host.

Thanks for writing a review Jeff! The neighbor's cattle broke a gravity feed pipe and totally flooded my property by accident. It's been a fun experience so far having people camp on the property, and I look forward to more!

We enjoyed camping at this property and would recommend it to those who enjoy off-the-grid camping. The lot is great for pets and kids since it has plenty of room to run and explore.

Although some of the site is slightly overgrown, the land is level and we had no problem finding a cleared spot to park our camper van and a place to sit and watch the sunset while relaxing to the sound of the stream.

Charlie was available for questions via phone (reception from the property was decent), and he is also active in improving the site for future stays.

This is a beautiful, raw piece of land, but to enjoy it fully we highly recommend bringing mosquito repellant and plenty of water.

Great spot for camping, private and in a beautiful field next to a stream.

Had a great time here! There are multiple places to set up camp. There is a neighbor about 100 yards away but that didn’t affect our time at all. The host had rented the property to other people during our reservation but the property was large enough that it wasn’t an issue either. Very close to some amazing hot springs and paddle boarding places. Would definitely recommend!
