Description

Don’t go looking for hard times at Hardscrabble Campground. It puts you right on the banks of the Middle Fork Payette River and underneath a goldilocks amount of Douglas fir and lodgepole pine trees. A few of the sites even offer river views and more dense UVA coverage. The beautiful environment has deer, elk and red-tailed hawks making this area their home. This camp is also popular for hunters searching for big game in the surrounding mountains.
