What an incredible stay! The site was incredible (clean, beautiful, and soothing creek noises to sooth you to sleep). The hosts were kind, attentive, and very informative. We learned so much about ranch-life during our stay and were so appreciative to meet the animals and to explore. They are a working ranch - you are able to order meat and other products that can be ready in a cooler at your site at the time you arrive! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying there!

Raini and her family are remarkable hosts ! A beautiful setting and clean comfortable amenities. I recommend this place to anyone who loves pasture raised meat and dairy. Came home with a cooler full of amazing meats to carry me through summer and into fall !
We loved staying at 7U Ranch! The hosts were very accommodating and the site was beautiful and relaxing. The food onsite was great as well and there was plenty to do in the area. We would definitely go back!
Everything was wonderful.
What a perfectly wonderful surprise staying at the ranch turned out to be. From the drive up to the ranch to the accommodations to the excellent hospitality of Raini and Seth, the entire stay was totally unexpected. Raini is excellent in communication. She is prompt and detailed in her responses. I communicated a lot with her before the trip as I wanted to know about one of the trails close by. She not only sent me a pdf file of the map but also had copies in the tent. Everything in the tent is comfortable....the woolen blanket kept me comfortable even in the cold, windy and rainy night. The spring water was refreshing to drink and the breakfast muffins with organic coffee were yummy. I also had the minced pork burritos for dinner one night...changed my mind about how meat should taste. I also tried the raw milk salted caramel ice cream and loved it....first time ever having anything made with raw milk. I did use the shower one evening and it was just what I needed after a 9 mil hike in 82 F temp. The wifi is not all that good but for the 10 min I needed to use it, it worked well enough. Used the camp fire the first night thanks to Seth but the next night it was too windy. There is organic coffee beans and tea in the tent with a kettle for you to make some on the camp fire. The solar lamp was good but did not need to use it much. The creek near the tent sounds more like a raging river so having the ear plugs worked for this city girl. If you can fall asleep to the sound of roaring water....you will not need it. The first night, I woke with fear that I did not put out the camp fire properly.....only to realize that it was the moon. The inside of the tent was lit up and so was the outside. I stayed up till close to mid-night just looking at the stars, the moon and the mountains. it was windy both the nights and the second night it rained as well....the tent held up very well. The best part though was the conversations I had with them related to what it takes to own a ranch and the effort that goes in to keep it going. I needed that insight and it is a conversation that I am going to share again and again. I asked for more than what I should have for camping and they gave me their best. For this, I am thankful. This is a working farm and that is what I got to see as I puttered around getting ready....they doing what they are passionate about and love to do.....working on their ranch.

Cozy tent for two along a small creek. (There are 2 tents on site.) The beds were comfortable, and the tent nicely decorated. Comfortable porch area to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Formal outhouse a bit far away... a standard port-a-potty is offered closer.
Friendly, unobtrusive, hosts.
The campsite and amenities were great but that’s not the only reason you come here. It’s a working ranch in one of America’s most beautiful locations. We were able to walk the grounds, engage with the family, witness them herd their animals and also get out into the beautiful country around the area. A great escape. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it.
This was one of the most beautiful and awe-inspiring places I have ever visited. The accommodations at the ranch are very comfortable and offer everything you need. The hosts were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home by showing us around the ranch and basically giving us the freedom to roam around and interact with the animals. The animals!!!! The sheep were my favorite! To really top everything off Raini makes amazing muffins for the guests each morning and the fresh meats and butter that they offer are absolutely delicious and shouldn’t be missed!
