This cabin is awesome! Google maps plus the host's directions were super accurate and we found it with no trouble in the dark. Alika and his family were so welcoming and helpful. The cabin is very nice with many thoughtful touches and conveniences! Great location too. We actually liked it so much that we rebooked for two more nights! Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was brand new and extremely cozy. There was absolutely everything I needed plus extra. Alika was very kind and informative. I highly recommend this spot and I will be back!
Great place to stay on Maui! Alika was more than helpful and made sure we were comfortable.
I didnt really know what to expect and had a wonderful surprise! The place is perfect for those who seek a get away from the busy, turisty areas. In the nature with that charming montain atmosphere, great view, outside area with bbq and picnic tables. The cabins are no luxury but super cozy and comfy. The host Alika is a great guy and would definitely get out of his way to attend the guest needs.
This stay was amazing! The cabins were quiet, up-kept, and comfortable. The host's were more than generous, and had open arms to any help we needed. They provided us with freezer space in their home, and helped us above and beyond. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and secure. We felt welcomed the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. It was as if we were staying with family. I will be back, and am looking forward to booking another trip.
Our stay was relaxing and perfect. I enjoyed the simple yet elegant set up along with the ample room to relax and enjoy the views of the island. The hosts were very welcoming and showed us serious Aloha spirit. Highly recommend if you want a true taste of Maui.
We had the sweetest time staying here. The hosts were lovely and it was honestly perfect. Woke up in the mornings to sit on the picnic table outside for coffee and journaling and it was ideal. Will 100% be coming back here :)
They say the Maui land feeds your good karma, and Alika and Piilani certainly spread that good karma around. Our flight was delayed and we weren't able to get to Maui until a day after we planned. Alika and Piilani automatically offered to refund us for the night we didn't stay. We didn't take them up on this offer, since our flight issues were not their fault but this simple gesture of understanding was much appreciated and an indicator of just how thoughtful they are as hosts. The cabins are simple but lovely--all you need as a basecamp for exploring the island. Filled with thoughtful touches like extra light sources in the bathroom for when the brighter motion-detector light goes off so that you're not left in the dark. Beach towels in addition to bath towels, etc. The roosters and neighbor dogs do make or hard to sleep in late past sunrise, but we always had somewhere to be early anyway. There's too much to do in Maui to sleep the day away! Our stay was lovely and we would very much recommend it.
We had a great time at the cabins - the views are amazing and we enjoyed a camp fire, bbq, and stargazing. It was great visiting the upcountry on Maui, which has a more local vibe to it! Thanks!
