When Hawaiian ancestors first landed on these shores, it was right here at Ka’ Lae or South Point, it is the original settlement site for the Hawaiian people and therefore this sacred land holds tremendous cultural and historic significance. A’ina Ke Anuenue Melemele, meaning Land Of The Rainbow Honeycomb; features an exotic Locale, stand-alone private cottages, Eco-Luxury accommodations, Family and Pet Friendly, and is an Eco Farm-Estate. We are fully sustainable, on solar power with composting toilets, an outdoor kitchen complex and outdoor solar showers. The grounds are a series of serene swaths of native Hawaiian ocean-view grasslands, old growth Kiawe trees, and unencumbered shoreline. Within walking distance 1 mile to Ka’ Alu’ Alu’ Bay, and directly overlooking the famous Greensands beach. We have three stand alone cottages each with queen beds. In addition we have several ‘glamping’ options as well. The Rainbow Jaguar Treehouse is a lightening-rod for dreams! This one of a kind hexagonal treehouse is in an old growth Kiawe tree with a wrap around-deck, plush interior decor based on the Jaguar, lion, tiger, and bear. Home to the white owl and featuring King memory foam Bed, and large windows with ocean views. Home to the white owl and featuring a canopy King memory foam Bed, & large windows to see the sunrise coast. Awaken to the sounds of birdsong, ocean surf, and the occasional neighing horse, or cooing peacock. Our Lovevolution Animal Sanctuary houses 33 creatures ranging from ducks to sheep to cows, and many other incredible exotic animals also inhabit this wonderland bringing so much love to visitors from all around the world. *It is important to note that we are located in South Point Hawaii near Naalehu town, not Captain Cook . Traditional cars can carefully come down here, suvs or jeeps are great. There is a locked gate with a code-box for easy guest access. Additionally, this very secure area has No immediate neighbors within 200 acres! Perfect for privacy and exclusivity. We also offer an in house chef who can prepare delicious organic locally sourced meals upon request, menus is in the photos:-)

The site rests on 20+ acres of lush ranch land. My partner and I were astounded by the beauty of the farmland hugging the southern coast. The Treehouse itself is part of an off-the-grid project known as Lovevolution. The treehouse had a very comfy mattress. Amenities were also nice; we were able to take a hot shower and prepare dinner in the shared kitchen space despite arriving to the site at night. Plenty of privacy. Waking up to the unobstructed sunrise outside our window was special. Instructions for using the water heater, grill and water might seem complicated to some. The only issue I had was the placement of a Hindu holy symbol on the outhouse. I felt this action, and other appropriations of indigenous cultural symbols, could be hurtful if not explained by the host. Other than that, the host was very communicative.

Rainbow Jaguar was a perfect place to stay! We loved it! It’s peaceful and warm and breezy. We stayed for three nights. Every morning, we enjoyed the sunrise on the porch. Bear (and Destiny) were kind and real and willing to be there for whatever we needed, while also respecting our space and desire for privacy. The dogs were the icing on the cake, all gentle and sweet and welcoming. I would recommend Rainbow Honeycomb to anyone. Follow the written directions and communicate with Bear without worry, all is good.
