It surpassed all our expectations, such a beautiful property. We did have surprise guests from the other property who wanted to share our view, which we didn't mind. Just a little awkward. Otherwise, we look forward to returning to check out all the cabins in the coming years.

We are so glad you loved the tiny cabin. I'm surprised that another guest just showed up to take in the view, which they should not do, and that's the first I've heard of someone doing that. With our six cabins on 17 acres it is hard to imagine that happening, and fortunately it is rare.

Greg’s cabin exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect (secluded, yet conveniently located close to town), the cabin was stocked with everything we needed for cooking all meals, the bed/pillows were comfortable, and the property amenities were unexpected and awesome (community pool and hot tub and beautiful grassy meadow (With tons of chairs, corn hole boards and beautiful views) next to the Toccoa River. We initially booked the cabin for 2 nights then loved it so much that we added on 2 additional nights. Greg is a great host and very responsive. We will be returning to the Toccoa River Overlook!

Perfect low key get away! Had all the things we needed to enjoy and more. Bunk beds were comfy and big table was perfect for card games and meals. Super clean!
We enjoyed the fire pit and walks down to the river. It was just what our family needed, a chill place in the woods without the noise of regular life. Greg was a fantastic host!

This was exactly as described... rustic but better than a tent, awesome view and location, AC and a toilet and shower, gas grill, basic kitchen ware, and most importantly... a coffee maker:) this was an awesome GLAMPING trip! We have 2 little kids, my spouse and me, and a grand parent. The kids wanted to go camping and this was our compromise. We all had a wonderful time. Loved the fire pit and walking the trails on the property, the pool is lovely and we had it to ourselves. This was a really fun family vacation! Greg was great to work with- very responsive and even met us there at arrival. We needed an extra blanket and it was delivered right away, again by Greg. He gave information about the area and suggestions of places to go with our family. Gorgeous area!

The cabin and location was just what we expected at the time of booking, with one plus. We was not aware that the cabin had AC, so that was a nice surprise!
We had a great 3 night stay on this property, it had everything we could need, clean and the view was great.
The community pool and hot tub was also nice to have access too.
Thanks for the great experience!

We had a great time and will definitely come back! This is a glamping spot to remember. Only regret is not tubing/swimming the river. It was a short and very fun hike to the river, pool, hot tub and play area. Very inclusive and friendly.

This was a fantastic weekend getaway. The place and the property were better than we expected. The views are stunning, and we loved being able to cook outside while protected from the rain. The pool and jacuzzi were private and clean, and the river was beautiful. Thank you, Greg!

What a wonderful little camping cabin. A little bit of camping and a touch of glamping. The location couldn’t have been better and the views were amazing. We loved it so much we are looking to book again soon!
