One more thing to note: Lady Bug season is in full swing from December through March here. They love to come in for a visit and it's impossible to keep them out. We are located in the middle of the National Forest and the city/county does not treat this area for insects like they do in nearby cities. They are harmless but do expect to see some inside during the cooler months just prior to spring- we can’t fully control Mother Nature :).

Great cabin near the river!
Great cabin about 100 yards from the Toccoa river. We enjoyed fishing and splashing around in the river.Very private but I was not expecting a townhouse cabin from the pictures. It was still very private and secluded but I could see it being a different story with the wrong neighbors. The kitchen was amazing compared to other rentals I've stayed in including both a charcoal and gas grill on the screened in porch. I will try and stay here again next time I'm in the area
