About Kaluna's Organic Bamboo Roost
We are a small family farm retreat close to many beauties of nature! On the farm we have many springs and creeks along with a dipping pond. We have planted many wonderful trees and plants here through 6 generations. There are two historic log cabins on the property, a large wooden yurt, a barn, three greenhouses, and a bath house. We function as a homestead that supplies organic veggies to local markets and restaurants, and to you our guest (upon availability). We are close to the Cohutta Wilderness, Rich Mountain, the Cartecay River, and Carters Lake. Ben loves to send people on nature adventures in our area. We also offer special primal cookouts to our guest who plan in advance.

The vibe at Kaluna's Organic Bamboo Roost
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Ben and Co. were a great welcoming committee to their lovely, serene property. Located far off the main road left me feeling peacefully secluded from the outside world with no distractions besides the farm animals. With a few fire pits, hammock, a fresh spring to drink from, and lovely company, Ben's property was a wonderful place to relax for the night without having to give up too many of today's "a-typical" amenities like wifi and clean indoor restrooms equipped with showers. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quick get away from your daily life.
