Please note that there are train tracks approx. 1/2 mile away from our property and the trains run a few times a day and also at night. They blow the whistle also. Other than the sound of the trains, this place is as quiet and peaceful as can be.

The Alcovy Conservation Center Trails are only 1 mile away and Lake Varner is just a few miles away for fishing, boating, hiking, etc.

The Alcovy Concervation Center website is gwf.org/acc/

The Lake Varner website is  co.newton.ga.us/241/Lake-Varner
