*** PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCIPTION BEFORE REQUESTING A STAY! **** First of all please DO NOT BE OFFENDED IF WE DO NOT APPROVE YOUR STAY. *** When you are requesting to stay on our property YOU MUST ACKNOWLEDGE OUR NO DRUG OR ALCOHOL POLICY IN YOUR REQUEST. *** We will NOT reply and ask you to acknowledge our policy. We prefer guests that are active in a 12 step recovery program or simply a non-alcohol drinker. Please respect this and us. Our property offers peace and serenity to most that visit. Your RV MUST be SELF CONTAINED. We DO NOT have a restroom available for guest use. The campsite with electric and water is next to our home looking out to a beautiful salt marsh. We have a fire pit, hammock and tree swing on the marsh. All with amazing sunsets. Our family and friends call our place The Red Roofed Inn. Your hosts are fun, active, and obviously sober. Come enjoy our little piece of paradise. It's very peaceful, relaxing and quiet. Always quiet hours here. Please understand we have a very low acceptance rate because we don't instantly accept any guest(s). We screen our guests before accepting a reservation. We have a fire pit, hammock on the marsh and tree swing on the marsh. Amazing sunsets. Firewood is available for a small fee. We have pond on property for catch and release but don't waste your time! We are in sweet Georgia shrimp country not fish. We have 1 site has a 50/30/20-amp pedestal with city/community water. We love well behaved animals...just clean-up after them. We ♻️ recycle grass, aluminum cans, steel cans, #1 and #2 plastics. We compost vegetable scraps and coffee grinds. Just ask and we'll show you where they go. Electric site guests: If you need a 30-amp adapter please let us know. We'll have it ready. Also please let us know what type and size RV you have so we know what to expect.This site offers 50/30/20 amp RV pedestal with city/potable water. Our power and water pedestal is on the left side when pulling in.. The site was built for our RV/motorhome to just pull in, park, jacks down, plug in and put the slides out. Cellular/data coverage is good with all carriers. The site works best for motorhomes to take advantage of the view out your front windows. We also have 2 other dry camp sites for those who wish have a safe place to park of the night.

Peaceful beautiful sunsets
We stayed two nights here and enjoyed it very much. Joe was welcoming and made sure we had access to whatever we needed. The location along the salt marsh was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the day biking around the local community. Saw dolphins near the public boat ramp. Joe also made a fire on our second night which we all enjoyed. The spot was easy to access and nice and flat and very quiet. We drive a 20ft. Campervan.

Friendly Host and beautiful sinsets
We thourally enjoyed our stay with Joe. He has a beautiful property and Joe was so hospitable by making sure we had whatever we needed and even stood ready to roll out the sisal carpet by our sliding door when we pulled in. He started a campfire on the second night which was so unexpected and so appreciated. We enjoyed two relaxing nights and enjoyed riding our bikes around the surrounding community. We would definitely recommend.

Joe is an outstanding host. The site was exactly what I needed and as advertised. The area is lovely, private and safe. Joe prepared the firewood and all I had to do was light it—excellent service. I highly recommend!

Nice quiet spot
Nice quiet spot to spend the night. Joe greeted us and offered any assistance we may have needed. I would stay here again. Get there early so you can watch the sun set.

Amazing hosts! Beautiful spot
I can’t say enough great things about Joe’s place. Hosts were extremely welcoming and kind, had lots of good recommendations and we really enjoyed staying here. It’s really nice to meet other people who are sober and kind! 10/10 we will definitely stay here again if it’s en route!

Red Roof Inn is quite & secluded
Joe's land is very nice. The 50-amp, level RV site is next to his house overlooking the wetlands. A small path leads to the end of the wetlands and even has a small tireswing. It's in a beautiful neighborhood with few lights so it's nice and dark at night. Joe was very cordial. We would return if in the area again.
