South Georgia at its best! Down a dirt road through a rusty gate, big night skies and quiet you can feel. We have 150 acres out in the sticks with the Satilla River, Altamaha River, Okefenokee Swamp, Cumberland Island and the Golden Isles beaches nearby. This is a working small organic farm with lots of free range birds and rough edges so dogs need a leash 24/7 and no children under 12. Guests can stay private or share common spaces but either way a respectful, clean up after yourself, lets talk about traveling/rivers/farming attitude is expected. No politics. Simple screened kitchen, shared fire pit with free firewood, outdoor hot shower, pond with a dock and better than 2 miles of hiking trails make it work. Paddlers with their own boats can catch a shuttle to the Altamaha for $30. GPS can be tricky and guide you onto old logging roads that dead end into spooky swamps so follow our directions on Arrival instructions or you'll be gator bait! Come check us out Y'all!

We had an amazing night at the farm. Everything was perfect we were welcomed as we arrived. Got an amazing tour of the property, and everything was as nice as described, if not better than pictured. Directions were clear it was peaceful, serene, and exactly what we needed. We will be back again! Thank you

Simply Amazing

Pure relaxation……. Great property with a beautiful pond and fire pit. Stocked with wood. The cabin was unreal, so comfortable and nature right out side the screen windows. The night sky was amazing and I can’t wait to book the next trip.

Paradise in Georgia

Absolutely a slice of paradise. Beautiful camping area, with breathtaking views. They have several walking/hiking trails, a fish pond, big firepit & farm fresh eggs. You will be serenade by the sounds of nature, instead of city noises. So worth a little extra travel time to enjoy this hidden treasure.

Marsha’s land is gorgeous! She was very welcoming and sweet to us upon arrival. She offered us to come stay in her house during bad weather. We will definitely come back again! I couldn’t recommend her more.

Second time visiting it’s magical here it makes me feel like a fairy 🧚 something in the air here is amazing and yes it’s camping you’ll see insects but that’s no big deal compared to what you get for the price just come prepared 🤍
