Welcome to Archaic Roots Monolithic Dome Home & Farm! Here we run cultural events, drum circles, goddess gatherings & more...  :)

This listing is for the outdoor one room cabin, which is our cozy & funky Primitive Artist Cabin with electric, heating, fan, etc. Bathrooms/showers are accessible inside the main dome residence & upstairs, which you  can come in and out as you please.  You may fit as many as you like but we ask that you bring your own extra bedding.

*Please read the following before booking  :) The Dome Home is a fun and funky new experience for sure! We live here and run our retreats, workshops, & businesses from here, so it is a constant flow of new people and reoccurring guests. We have had people from around 20 different countries stay here and have hosted everything from family vacations to college fraternity gatherings (we had such a fun group of 17 frat guys who rented the top floor- they were so great!)

This listing is for the primitive cabin outside of the dome that we rent. It is an up-cycled Boy Scouts cabin with electric, a fan, heat, mini-fridge, and a kiln. We originally created it for art workshops and for artists to come get away in nature and solitude to write, paint, create pottery, do yoga, etc. Now it holds folks of all kinds! Hikers, families, groups, we enjoy them all. The Dome Home itself is 3400 sq ft, 2 levels, on 3.4 acres and that is where we live and rent out more spaces. The guest bathroom is upstairs to the left and you are free to come in and out as you please for bathroom and shower needs.

We are fine with whatever group size you would like to bring, but via experience, we have learned a few things that will make it easier for both sides. :)  Here go!

1.) GUESTS: Please make sure all your guests are registered, whether it is 2 or 22,  this is important for insurance reasons and we appreciate you doing so. No need to put their full names, just exactly how many you plan to bring, thanks! 2.) BEDS: Please work it out amongst yourselves on the logistics of "who's sleeping where?"  Whether you rent the cabin or the guest room, we provide one bed in each that should fit 2 people. Outside of that, we leave it up to your group to be responsible for bedding and sleeping arrangements. Air mattresses, sleeping bags, whatever works for you, by all means, get creative! :) We are fine with your group size, but with the amount of people that we have stay, I would need truckloads of linens, and another septic tank for laundry. Therefore, for extra guests we ask to B.Y.O.L. (Bring Your Own Linens.) This eliminates lots of problems all around and we thank you in advance.  :) 3.)  PETS: We are fine if you bring your pets, we have lots of doggies here sometimes! But be it known that we  have 4 dogs and 2 cats of our own, so it might take a little time to adjust. Ours are harmless, but also farm dogs, so you'll most likely get barked at by our Rat Pack when you come. We also have 7 rabbits, chickens, ducks and a goat so if your dog isn't used to it, you might want to start with a leash. *If you're allergic to animals- this is a pet friendly place and probably not your best bet... because they are all over the property :) 4.) KITCHEN: This is constantly in use by ourselves and guests. Cooking, tincture making, it's a revolving door that never ends -but- continuously gets cleaned. That being said- you will probably never see it perfect, but make yourself at home and squeeze on in anytime! We are so used to it, you won't even phase us. :) If you'd like to bring groceries, there is a mini fridge in the cabin as well. ***Thanks for staying with us!***

We are almost always working on something, either home improvements or building outdoors, so we will be around if you need us but happy to let you do your thing! 3.4 acres to roam around on and trails to the creek. Pet a bunny, read a book, bang on a drum, we have lots of things you are welcome to play with!
