We are a family in the rural Tampa area who have had families come stay on our property for days, weeks, months at a time. We love having them here as it adds so much to our life experience. We live on approximately 2 acres, 25 min from downtown Tampa and Busch Gardens, an hour to Orlando theme parks, and an hour to pretty much any beach from Sarasota up to Tarpon Springs. Our home is surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. We have goats, chickens, rabbits, and a play area with lots of space to run.  We have a busy little homestead!  The kids are frequently playing outside while we are doing some sort of grounds project.  We often have work-traders here helping us with the upkeep and improvement.  Our homestead is first and foremost that, a homestead, that we use all of. Come for community and interaction, not a quiet, romantic getaways 🤣 Camping will have you waking up to a view of goats, fruit trees and our lively budding food forest. Feel free to ask for a tour! We love sharing cuttings and plants! We have a 50 and 30amp hookup that is first to book, first choice, and you may dump chemical free gray water onto the property. Otherwise plan on "dry-camping". Please message with any questions. We look forward to having you!

Audrey and her family are so hospitable, and their property is just as pleasant. The amenities exceeded my expectations -- outlets, outdoor shower, outdoor compost toilet, etc were all available for guests to use. Guests can also enjoy a variety of different farm animals on the property, including goats, chickens, and bunny rabbits.

It must also be said that the family's clear commitment to sustainability through organic farming is really admirable. I'm certainly looking forward to my next stay in the coming months. For only 12 dollars a night, the place is hard to beat.
