Close to the highway about a mile from Starbucks and Publix grocery stores 20 minutes from the beach. Pretty dark at night and secluded. Easy to get back on to 10. There is some road noise from 10. We have a shower in the house if you need it

Excellent wifi, 50 amp & water on s
What a great host and property. Steve's place is conventionally located with easy access to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The wifi and cell service were full strength and fast. The lot is wooded with a great fire pit and walking trail into the trees. Quality 50 amp power and nice clean water directly on the campsite. Getting in and out was easy --we are a big rig at 62' all together. Privacy was nice, it is set back hundreds of feet from the road. It is close to the highway, which seemed noisy at first but blended into the background after a day or two. Land is well cared for. There's a septic clean out up near the house if you have a wastewater tote.
Steve also happens to be a solar power expert and took time out to share an abundance of knowledge about going off grid. Thanks again for you hospitality and insight.

It was perfect for what I needed. It was right next to I-10 so make sure to bring ear plugs/headphones. It was nice to drown out my nephew's yelling and hitting trees with sticks. The short trail was a nice diversion. When we got there, there wasn't a 110 amp for regular hook up and the property owner put one in while we were there. Great wifi, really a good place for the price and for an overnight.
