Shiny Rock Ranch Lapidary Arts Camp is nestled along Florida's forgotten coast near the "old Florida" fishing town of Steinhatchee 32359. We have a small one acre "patch on the Hatch", 4 spot, family-owned campground. The campground is fairly new and experiencing lots of landscaping changes.  There is a new neighbor next door who is currently doing some excavating so during the day, there may be equipment running. Even though we are not completely finished with the gardens, you are welcome to come experience the natural beauty of the landscape and we'll plant a new tree in your honor. We love the arts and welcome any artist to stay and play. Simply make a request to have a play date!

Shiny Rock Ranch/ Park Overnight
Very cute place with fairy lights and artsy nooks. There’s not a lot to do in the area, which was perfect for me. Very peaceful. Great host. Super friendly and helpful. Verizon and ATT coverage.

Amazing!
Suz was AMAZING! She was so sweet the entire time. When we first got there she showed us our space and let us settle in. She gave us a tour of her property and man, it is so unique and crafty. I loved every inch of it. We spent New Years there and made friends with the neighbors who were staying in the camper next to us. The bath house was divine and I took a bath every day. My husband was able to escape into the bunkhouse to work which was so nice for him. Suz even has a little gem store where she sells crystals and crystal/fossil jewelry. I bought a beautiful necklace that I will cherish forever. She also sent us off with little crystal souvenirs we got to pick from her “pond”. She was so amazing. Anytime she was running to the store, she asked if we needed anything. She was so gracious. I HIGHLY recommend staying here! Only 25 minutes from Keaton Beach which was a tiny but cute getaway. We had dinner one night at Roy’s restaurant and that was yummy too. 10/10 for us!

Fun, relaxing, artistic, creative
Will be back in the future! Suz is an amazing host, she goes above and beyond to help her guests feel comfortable. I felt like I was home away from home when I stayed here. The cute lil camper has everything and it's so cozy makes me want to live in a trailer full time! Suz and her daughter restored the camper and it has the cutest Mexican, tropical vibes. I was soo amazed at Suz's crystal palace on wheels too! She has literally some of the most interesting crystals I've ever seen and tons of fossils and crystal necklaces she handmade. I made a necklace when I visited and Suz sat with me the whole time and helped me when I needed help with it. I loved staying here and I felt very at home in the cozy cute casita. We are going to make the trip here every year because my boyfriend and I liked it so much. This place is a gem with literally gems! We love you Suz!

One of the best experiences I've ever had! The town is really nice, welcoming, and plenty of places to visit and eat at. Suz was an AMAZING host and provided me with absolutely everything I needed and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. A truly beautiful soul of a woman. The camper I stayed in couldn't have been more cozy. The bath house is so cute and believe me, you'll want to take seven showers a day just so you can take in the beauty and comfort of an outdoor bath house. Suz is a painter so everything is bright and colorful. Have yourself a fire, grill out, take a tricycle and ride out to town, or search for fossils in the driveway! A true beach getaway that I would LOVE to visit again and again!
