Tree House is one of two of the original cabins of Rasayana Cove, a 25-acre eco-retreat. It has been extensively renovated by the current owners. It is nestled in a hammock of ancient live oak trees and looks over a Florida savannah and a small pond. On the other side of the cabin lies the Horse Creek flood plain. This creek is one of the main tributaries of the Peace Rive

It is nestled in a hammock of ancient live oak trees and looks over a Florida savannah and a small pond. On the other side of the cabin lies the Horse Creek flood plain. This creek is one of the main tributaries of the Peace River. The flood plain provides a natural corridor for animal life and a habitat for exotic wading birds, including limpkins, anhingas, spoonbills, wood storks, green herons, blue herons and ibis. The cabin is greatly loved for its solitude and its charm. From 1995 until 2004 Tree House was the current owner's personal living quarters, and with its companion, Hermitage Cabin, constituted the core of our retreat operation. It is self-contained with kitchen, toilet and detached shower. Off the grid, electric power for fans and lighting is produced by photo-voltaic panels. 530 sq. ft interior floor space. 600 sq. ft deck under roof. 585 sq. ft open deck. Ideal for yoga, sun-bathing or just enjoying a relaxing drink at sunset.

If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
the "tree house" was an unique, special hideaway nestled within a cluster of old oak trees. Off the grid, solar , no phone service, a perfect way to listen inside. Very clean and well kept.
Reading, playing guitar, napping, and talking quietly. Loved it
Rasayana Cove was a beautiful place. The rustic cabins were cozy and bedecked with unique art, providing a warm and loving space. We enjoyed our time exploring the 25 acres of land surrounding the cabins and had encounters with a variety of wildlife, including wild boar, alligator, and water fowl. I highly recommend the cabins at Rasayana Cove for both the outdoor curious and enthusiasts!
Stress has no chance out here...
Rasayana, what a perfect name! This place gently guided my friends and I to find peace and rejuvenation over the weekend. We are so thankful for the willingness of our hosts to share this little paradise! It truly touched each one of us in a unique and healing way and we intend to visit again as soon as possible!
We will stay again.
It was as expected a great escape. Less primitive than a tent, more primitive than a cabin. You feel close to nature. Just what we wanted wish we had a little more time. We are making plans to return maybe when it is a little cooler.
Awesome magical place. Completely disconnected from everything!!! No WiFi, barely any cellphone signal. This is the place to really recoup your energy by just getting away from everything. Dennis was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
Wonderful weekend getaway
We had a great time - we had rented both cabins for our family of 7. The kids had a lot of fun and enjoyed the property and all the campfires. It is a very quiet and private site, and without any cell services we had plenty of time to relax.
The treehouse was a wonderful retreat and very comfortable for my family of 5. The property itself is stunning. It was quiet and peaceful. Dennis was a fantastic host. We weren't sure about a few things so it's helpful to note that the kitchen was well stocked, there was dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper. We brought our own linens but there were pillows and blankets available. We honestly can't wait to return to this special cabin.
