Amie, Rainbolt Utopia is perfect for privacy beautiful scenery!!!I seen a beautiful bird I'm still looking out for to see Again!!! Camping in our ⛺ is comfy spacious from other campers good vibes!
I never stayed. After driving all day, and circling the block for a half hour... I find it’s someone’s backyard. I was furious, and had to keep driving another 7 hours. The neighborhood felt unsafe, dirty and not what I expected. I did not even get a refund. This is someone’s backyard, with the dilapidated camper and the like.
Amie was super friendly. There is a porta potty and an outdoor shower, which were great since we were coming from the beach. We just needed a place to rinse off and set up a tent, and Amie’s place provided that at a really good price!
An amazing host and campsite!! 😃👍
Amie and her space are FANTASTIC!!!! Another review mentions that this is her backyard. I would much more accurately describe this as her three or so acre property. The neighborhood is absolutely great! Amie's place offers the perfect blend of solitude and community, of the country and the city, an opportunity to get away a bit and being close to all that Jacksonville has to offer. Amie is SOOO welcoming and helpful and even makes food for all of her guests from time to time. The amenities here are fantastic and Amie is amazingly helpful with anything you may need. Friends and I have stayed here for extended periods and consider Amie's place a home away from home!! Thank you so much Amie for offering one of the most amazing options anywhere!! 😃👍🤙
Amie was very kind and helpful. The ports potti and shower, though cold, were a nice addition. The dirt bikes and road traffic could be loud, but for the location it’’s a great price.
Amie was very helpful... she has opened her property for campers To have a place to enjoy the city and explore or lay back, and relax in a safe place. I plan on staying with her again!
