Where do I even begin!! Ok, let me start by saying that if you are not much of a wilderness person who can make peace with bugs and humidity, stay in the tiny house at Kokomo Farms! It is sooooo beautiful and is air conditioned! BUT if you are looking for a nature experience, I highly suggest the Dreamer's Treehouse! We sleep with a sound machine that emulates night life of bugs and frogs so to be up in a tree emmersed in the sounds of nature was truly "dreamy" 😆🥰 the property is gorgeous!! The animals are friendly!! The homemade organic pizza is delicious!! There is a trampoline for laying on and watching the stars, there are so many different games and sport to play! A net for hitting a birdie over or volleyball and frisbees, footballs, etc. Oh and at night there were marshmallows by the fire. As for the hosts 💖💖💖💖 I'm getting teary eyed right now thinking of how to describe these humans! They are so committed to the care of their guests, their home, their 20 acre property, their animals! They serve with love, wisdom, and generosity. Getting to know Greg and Trudy was one of the highlights of our trip! We plan on visiting again when it cools down so we can spend a lot of time playing where as in summer we desire to go to the springs and swim.

This is what I would come prepared for in the summer:

Plenty of bug spray (which they actually supplied in the tree house! Another way they take care of their guests! They had shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bath house! Coffee and tea on the porch! Bug spray and battery powered fans in the treehouse, also have a fridge on the porch for campers to keep food in )

I would buy a little necklace fan to keep my face cool.

A cooler or something closed to keep dry foods in to not attract bugs.

Other than just making sure to be mentally and emotionally prepared for nature (lol) it's a pretty easy place to just show up and be present!!

I don't think words due justice to these incredible people and the dreamy space they've created to share with others but hopefully I've conveyed enough to help others who are looking for a special experience!

Such an amazing experience! Trudy and Greg are the sweetest people, and make THE BEST PIZZA we have ever had! GET THE PIZZA! The iced tea was out of this world also!
The treehouse was everything they promised, it was such a beautiful night and everything was perfect. They even left us a welcome message and a Happy Anniversary message. They had friendly animals to pet, a garden area that was absolutely magical, and invited us to a fire that just made the night exactly as I'd imagined when I made our reservation.
I already have friends who want to visit, and we will most definitely be back!

the most beautiful area!

The Dreamers Escape was a spectacular way to spend time in nature. The experience at Kokomo Farms was more than I expected, from the majestic horses to the delicious authentic italian pizza, it was truly a dream. Trudy and Gregg were fantastic hosts.

If you are looking for a unique, beautiful, fun and relaxing experience, this is it! Once we arrived we were greeted by Trudy and headed to the treehouse which was absolutely gorgeous! It was set up nicely with towels, robes and plenty of games. The property was stunning! It was easy to see the effort and care they put into their farm and for their guests. We explored, fed the animals and relaxed. Once it got dark, it was nice to meet our fellow hipcampers by the fire and have a drink. We had amazing pizza in the garden for dinner as well. Highly recommend the pizza! I’ve visited quite a few Hipcamps and Kokomo Farms is a Hipcamp you definitely want to explore! Cannot wait to go back!
